At Perth Cricket Mentoring, we believe that every child/cricketer should have the opportunity to explore their capabilities and as such, reach their highest potential. The club's main focus is to help children grow their love for cricket and encourage personal growth in every cricketer.  The ultimate goal is to shape the future of cricket by providing deep levels of mentoring from grass-roots to high performance and all levels in between, to build capacity across all levels. 

 

PCM's mission is to provide a comprehensive platform for cricket development, focusing not only on technical skills but also on instilling values of sportsmanship, leadership, and resilience. The club envisions becoming a beacon of excellence in cricket coaching, producing well-rounded individuals who excel both in cricket and life. After attending many regular sessions at Perth Cricket Mentoring, many cricketers have had the amazing chance to play at a high level such as state and district cricket.

At the heart of PCM's success lies its exceptional coaching staff, comprising former international cricketer Mahbubur Rahman Salim, and certified coaches both Mahbubur Rahman Salim and Craig Allen. These individuals bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, offering personalized coaching tailored to each player's needs and aspirations.

PCM's player development program is meticulously designed to cater to cricketers of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Through a combination of one-on-one coaching sessions, group training drills, and match simulations, players are provided with the tools and techniques necessary to succeed on the cricket field.

PCM operates a state-of-the-art cricket academy equipped with modern facilities and specialized training equipment. Additionally, the club hosts regular clinics and workshops conducted by guest coaches and cricketing legends, providing players with invaluable insights and mentorship.

PCM prides itself on its ability to identify and nurture talent, providing a clear pathway for aspiring cricketers to progress through the ranks. From junior development squads to elite performance teams, players are allowed to showcase their skills in competitive environments and strive for excellence at every stage of their cricketing journey.

As a stalwart of the Bangladesh national cricket team for over a decade, I harbor an unyielding ambition to impart my profound cricketing acumen and expertise towards cultivating future champions poised to make significant contributions to the cricketing sphere. My principal objective as a cricket coach is to deliver methodical and structured coaching aimed at nurturing players endowed with both the prowess to clinch matches and the resilient mindset requisite for success.

Operating as a results-oriented mentor, my paramount goal is to furnish cricketers with the technical finesse and strategic insight indispensable for their growth, refinement, and triumph on the field. I am an eloquent and student-centered coach, staunchly dedicated to tailoring my approach to address the individual exigencies of each player, be it refining technique, fortifying mental fortitude, or fostering a winning attitude toward the game.

Moreover, I am an impassioned, resolute, and accomplished coach, affiliated with one of Western Australia's most esteemed cricketing establishments, where I have ardently served as a mentor for upwards of five years, consistently demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the sport.

Craig Allen is an award winning cricket coach with over 20 years of experience coaching in Australia. over the last 20 years, Craig has coached at a number of district premier clubs including south Perth & Perth cricket club. Currently, Craig  works as a head coach of Perth cricket club women's team and Riverton Rossmoyne junior cricket club ( u-10 to u-17 girls & boys).  

Craig was awarded: a) the Western Australia coach of the year

(juniors) 2010 by Cricket Australia in recognition of his outstanding coaching .

b) Female junior team coach of the year 2017/18 WACA Community Junior cricket Council.
